You keep ownership of the plants, entries, photos, and notes you add. You grant us the permission needed to store and display that content back to you and to operate the features you use (including sending content to our AI provider when you request an AI feature).

• Don't upload unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, abuse, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Don't use the AI features to generate harmful or illegal content.

SproutThread's AI tips, diagnoses, and suggestions are generated automatically and are for general information only. They can be inaccurate or incomplete and are not professional horticultural, veterinary, medical, or food-safety advice. Always use your own judgement — and check a reliable source — before acting on AI output, especially before eating, foraging, or treating a plant.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be available.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or loss of crops arising from your use of the service.

You can stop using SproutThread at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.
